We were among the 17% to break out of the Flee Room for Judy’s birthday. For this particular room we were transported to Egypt, trying to solves the riddles and unlock the clues to get us out the door in an hour. With only minutes to spare, we did it!! Such a fun night with some awesome people.

Valentines fun – Carter got a bunch of mustaches in his class today and he and Gavs modeled them for me. I put this one as my phone screen saver cause they were so cute! Plus you know you mustache them a question, hahaha.

Just a couple of boys and their dog… the latest game they love playing before bed time is tag and Mazy is it. We found out quickly she needs to chase them with a toy in her mouth or she nips lightly at them to get them to do what she wants (and let’s be honest … the boys deserve it).

A roller coaster of emotion today. Carter has been SO EXCITED to get his expander in. Then he got it in and reality struck … it’s uncomfortable, he doesn’t feel like he can eat because it feels strange to chew, food gets stuck everywhere, he talks with a funny lisp. The list goes on and on and the melt down was massive … until we told him he could get ice cream and pudding and all sorts of dental tools to use to keep it clean. Thank goodness the diversion worked and we are back on the road to getting his crazy teeth fixed without a ton of drama.
