No school today, no soccer class, nothing but time. So the kids wanted to decorate their piggy banks that they got for Easter over a year ago. This is the first time I felt comfortable giving them permanent pens to use. Actually, scratch that. This is the first time I felt like they wouldn’t put permanent art all over the table, chairs and walls as well as their piggy banks. I still hovered the whole time with, “WATCH YOUR PEN!” and put newspaper on the table just in case.
And the piggys look awesome.
