Halloween was so much fun this year. Not just because we found out that I am going to be terrorized by two little boys, but because it was so great to have our whole family over to celebrate and trick or treat together. Carter LOVES his cousins – he followed them around, played with them, and thought that the sun rose and set around them!
And I was so proud of him. When we headed out to trick-or-treat, he had a look of panic on his face while he held my hand to the first house we walked up to. But Nikki and Taylor took his hands and led him to the front door and he watched what the big kids did to learn what was going on. By the third house, he didn’t need me anymore and I could hear him yell “TREAT!” when he got to the door and “ThanksWelc” when he left (Grandpa always says “ThankYouYourWelcome” for “Thanks”). He wasn’t afraid of the decorations because we got him used to our 6-foot mummy that makes noises and he lasted for probably a good 10-15 houses.
So now onto the photos! There are a LOT of them, so be ready to scroll…
We let Carter help clean out the pumpkin this year and it was H-Y-S-T-E-R-I-C-A-L. He wasn’t sure what to do with the yucky insides and kept trying to make Jeremy put his hand in it to clean the pumpkin out.

Happy Halloween everyone! It does make me feel better that there are still Halloween decorations all over our house, so I am not that late in getting things posted!!
