Apologies on being so late this week with the Project 52 – our weather has been beautiful and we have been spending a lot of time outside. Sadly I haven’t picked up my camera in two weeks, so here is another photo from Vancouver.

      Vancouver_Building-4107

      Photo Details:
Exposure time 1/80 sec, Aperture f/4.5 ISO 100, Focal Length 16mm, Canon EF 16-35mm F/2.8L

      Why This Photo:
While walking around Gastown in Vancouver, BC, I spotted this sign on the side of the building. Love the deep brick of the building and the uniqueness of the sign.

      Challenges/Lessons Learned:
I need to learn the tricks for shooting architecture – this is definitely an area I should explore more. I would have liked to have set myself up further back from the sign so that it didn’t have the angle of looking up, but there was a truck in the way. And having to work with that angle, I need to experiment how to keep vertical lines all vertical.
