Photo Details (Flash Shot):
Exposure time 1/200 sec, Aperture f/3.2 ISO 2000, Focal Length 33mm, Canon EF 16-35mm F/2.8L, Flash Fired
Why This Photo:
This photo tested my newfound flash knowledge out – black dogs are one of the hardest things to photograph in ambient light and I did a decent job of capturing her shiny coat, while keeping her face in focus.
Challenges/Lessons Learned:
It took me a little while to figure out where I wanted to bounce my flash for this one and some trial and error on how much flash compensation to use. If I remember correctly, I bounced it over my left should to ceiling/wall off behind me. All in all I am pleased with the result!
