Late yesterday we made an appointment for this morning to sign on both our new house and the sale of our current house. Gavin reviewed everything with us and we are now completely done with our part of this whole process!!
Next up, sellers need to return from their trip to Africa this Saturday and schedule a time to sign and HOPEFULLY we close by Tuesday.
For our current house, Escrow has everything except the lending information from the buyers, which sounds like it can come in last minute sometimes. So that is moving right along too!
